I'm always at physio when the tea/coffee person comes as my physio session is at 10am, but this morning I came back to my room to find two little muffins sitting on my tray table.![]()

Of course I ate them... 🙄![]()

Hooked up to my ice machine now, which is helping with pain and swelling.![]()

Knee bend measured yesterday - 115 degrees people! I was 105 on Monday 👊 so your old girl is making good progress.![]()

I have physio 10am and 2pm daily. When I come back from my 10am session - usually 10.45-11am - I find a piece of cake left on my table from the tea/coffee person 💕![]()

It is lovely to come back to and makes me smile.![]()

I'm in here for another 8-9 days and I hope to keep getting my knee even more bent.![]()

It is quite swollen at the moment and I'm still on pain meds, but one foot in front of the other!![]()

A dog went off at us from a second story balcony. Arlo thought he'd fire back but I had a conversation with him about that 😉![]()

We then came across a couple of fence ragers - pretty keen ones too. Arlo was a little jumpy, but he checked in and listened. We wandered on 💕![]()

We also came across a dog who was staring him out... I think if I'd let Arlo fire up we would have had a bit of a shouting match going on, but he didn't. ![]()

He checked in with me, I asked him to leave it and we ignored the situation.![]()

All these were everyday things and he handled it like a champion ❤️![]()
